Jay Chen, B.Sc., B.Ed.

Hi there, my name is Jay (Jing Bo) Chen and I am thrilled to be a teaching staff here at Huamei-Bond International College. I have received a Specialized Honor of Science degree in Kinesiology and an Intermediate/Senior mathematics teaching degree from York University. Shortly after my graduation, I was fortunate enough to be hired as a Student Recruitment Officer for York University in which I recruited both domestic and international students for the university. Through interactions with students and counsellors around the world while working at York University, I have increased my interest in international education and hence I have chose a teaching career with Huamei-Bond International College.

Something else aboout me...I was born in China and moved to Canada at a very young age with my mother and sister. With this teaching opportunity, I am hoping to learn more about my Chinese heritage and spend some quality time with my relatives especially with my grandmother. I am also a huge fan of sports especially basketball..."Go Raptors Go!" During my free time I like to read, go for a run and cook a nice meal for friends and family.

I am looking forward to be teaching some of the brightest students in the nation and hoping to learn, laugh and explore together with teaching staffs and students here at Huamei-Bond International College. CHEERS!!
